Aroma Massage

Thai aromatherapy massage uses essential oils from plants with therapeutic properties to balance, harmonise and promote health and well-being in individuals. When combined with bodywork, aromatherapy can enrich the massage experience immensely.

Like a gentle river flowing through the body, the practiononer uses slow and calming massage techniques to inspire the body, mind and spirit into a state of deep relaxation. The pressure is customisable to suit individual needs and the combination of aroma scents are chosen to enhance and promote a feeling of wellbeing. Recommended for people who want a soothing and relaxing treatment while enhancing mood.

Frozen Shoulder Massage

A specifically targeted massage to the shoulder involving deep tissue techniques and manipulation tailored to the individual needs of the client.

Traditional Thai Massage

An ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines and assisted yoga postures. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows knees and feet to create a dance of movement on the body. Joints are opened, muscles and tendons are stretched, internal organs are toned, and energy is balanced. The overall effect is one of the deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental well being.

Thai Massage With Hot Oil

Thai oil massage uses firm pressure and deep rhythmic movements along energy lines of the body. This treatment aims to unblock, balance and restore the body’s natural flow.

Thai Oil Massage utilises the properties of specific oils to allows the therapist to glide over the body. A mix of stretching, firm pressure, rhythmic massage and rolling techniques are used over the whole body.

It is perfect for anyone who is particularly stressed, needs invigorating or balancing. It will relax, energise and soothe aching muscles and stimulate your circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage

This type of massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension.

Thai Facial Massage

Offers a wealth of benefits. As you relax your face massage will tone your muscles, improve circulation, help rid harmful toxins, improve tension, dramatically decrease the effects of ageing, relieve stress, help decongestion of sinuses and promote a healthy glowing complexion.
